Must be physically able to perform duties.
Possess required identification and maintain professional appearance.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
May serve as shift trainer and conduct trainee follow-ups.

Responsibilities

Supervises security operations on assigned shift when the supervisor is not on duty.
Ensures shift runs smoothly and property is secure for guests and crew.
Coordinates security response to emergencies to mitigate liability.
Assigns posts and ensures staffing as needed.
Maintains time/attendance records and ensures timely submission.
Leads daily shift briefings and oversees ongoing training.
Communicates with other supervisors about security concerns.
Conducts training for new officers and develops staff.
Inspects and tracks security equipment and keys.
Responds to emergencies and coordinates with outside agencies.
Maintains incident reports and logs, and protects lost property.
