Job summary

Chickasaw Nation is seeking a part-time Surveillance Officer to join the Washita Gaming Surveillance Team at the Washita Casino. The role focuses on constant observation to protect tribal assets and ensure safety of patrons and staff.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, handling incident reports, and maintaining compliance with all policies. Candidates must pass a background check, Blackjack test, and any required gaming license.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Must have High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Pass gaming background check and Blackjack test; gaming license or permit as required.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service to all internal and external customers.
• Monitors gaming areas using the closed-circuit TV system to ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Keeps incident reports and conducts audits to protect assets and employees.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and professionalism in the work area.
• Adheres to dress code and all applicable laws, rules, and SOPs.

Summary:

Ensures the safety of tribal assets through constant observation of all assigned areas.

Responsibilities

• Provides first class customer service - courteous and helpful to all internal and external customer types
• Answers questions in a courteous and professional manner
• Partners with internal and external services as needed to ensure appropriate referral is made
