The supervisor will ensure compliance with brand standards, conduct training, and manage daily operations, records, and incident reporting with a focus on safety and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years directly related experience in security or a supervisory role.
• Must be able to pass background checks and gaming compliance prerequisites.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level supervision and mentorship to staff; oversee scheduling and performance.
