Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both oral and written.
• Interpersonal skills with focus on guest needs and service.
• Maintain a professional, neat appearance per Wind Creek standards.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to investigate incidents and draft reports.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for shift in proper uniform.
• Execute emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed.
• Monitors and enforces casino policies and laws.
• Oversee money transactions between cage, count room, and casino games.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter undesired activity.
• Investigate incidents and conduct follow-up interviews.
• Maintain visibility with guests and team members to promote security.
• Trespass undesirables at manager's discretion.
