Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an Officer - Security to ensure guest and team member safety and protect property. Responsibilities include enforcing casino policies, handling emergencies, patrolling, and conducting investigations with attention to detail.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver's license; ability to communicate in English; and a professional appearance. Shift work including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and eligible to work in the United States.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform and be ready for shift.
• Execute emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed by Security Manager.
• Monitor casino policies and enforce laws and regulations.
• Oversee money movement between cage, count room, and gaming areas.
• Patrol assigned areas and deter undesirable activity.
• Investigate incidents and prepare clear reports.
• Maintain visibility to deter problems and assist guests.
• Read and comply with PGCB rules and Wind Creek standards.
