Job summary

Wind Creek Bethlehem LLC is seeking an Officer - Security to safeguard guests, team members, and property. You will respond to emergencies, deter risks, enforce policies, and maintain a visible security presence across the casino floor.

The role requires strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior security or law enforcement experience is preferred."

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).
• Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance per Wind Creek standards.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to qualify for a Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board license if required.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform.
• Execute emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed.
• Monitor and enforce casino policies and laws.
• Oversee money transactions between cage, count room, and games.
• Patrol assigned areas and deter undesirables.
• Investigate incidents and interviews with witnesses.
• Provide superior customer service and public relations to guests and team members.
