Job summary

Bally's in Iowa seeks a Security Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and assets. You will assist in transporting money and chips, control access, and respond to incidents while writing reports.

Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or GED, and be able to obtain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license. Casino experience is preferred; weekend and holiday shifts required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain an Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Casino experience is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting money and chips.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to customer and employee incidents and accidents; write reports.
• Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and holidays; shifts may change.
