Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation seeks a Restaurant Server to deliver fast, friendly, and courteous service to guests in a busy dining area. You will interact with the public, speak English clearly, and manage physical duties of serving while upholding all policies and standards.

You will maintain menu knowledge, present checks, assist guests with requests, and keep stations clean. Applicants must be 18+ with prior customer service experience; high standards of hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• Six months’ previous customer service experience required. High volume experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverage to all guests.
• Greet guests within one minute in a friendly and courteous manner using positive body language.
• Know menu, wine lists, and daily specials and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a neat and organized workstation and assist guests with coats and chairs as needed.
• Follow all policies and liquor laws and ensure guest satisfaction throughout service.
