Job summary
Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, guide staff, and uphold food and service quality to deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will develop business plans, manage budgets, control inventory, and coordinate with front‑of‑house and culinary teams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications
- 5–7 years of restaurant management experience.
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license and health certificates.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the restaurant's business plan and budget.
- Control inventory and order supplies, food, and drink.
- Oversee operations to enhance guest experience and brand standards.
- Develop staff through training, interviews, and performance reviews.
- Review staffing levels to meet budget objectives and delegate tasks.
- Coordinate with Food & Beverage leadership on departmental status.
- Create programs to reduce injuries and improve safety.
- Meet with directors and managers as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
