Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel is seeking an Asian Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of a high-energy venue, delivering an exceptional dining experience while ensuring financial and service standards. You will supervise staff, manage inventories, and drive adherence to health and safety regulations throughout all shifts.

The role requires leadership, strong budgeting skills, and the ability to train and develop team members in a culturally authentic environment that reflects the Live! brand.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred 4-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in Micros and Microsoft Office programs.
• Willingness to be flexible with work schedule and extended hours as needed.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and assist in a supervisory capacity with the business plan and budget for the restaurant.
• Responsible for inventory control and ordering supplies, food and drink necessary to operate the restaurant.
• Developing servers, host, cashiers and utility staff, including training, interviewing for new hires, performance management and evaluations.
• Review staffing levels to maintain budgeted level of employment.
• Delegate authority and assign duties as necessary.
• Review departmental status with management.
• Develop, implement and supervise programs to reduce and control loss time injuries.
• Meet with departmental directors and managers as necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
