Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• One year of food or hospitality service experience preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, procedure manuals and menus; speak effectively before groups.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and seat them using seating diagram and knowledge of restaurant layout.
• Take reservations and manage seating assignments.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items for each outlet.
• Communicate guest compliments or complaints to management in a timely manner.
• Support restaurant operations as needed and work nights, weekends, holidays and special events.
