Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in housekeeping, custodial, or janitorial operations.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises work activities of cleaning personnel and ensures cleanliness and sanitation of casino public areas.
• Assigns duties, inspects work, and takes corrective action.
• Trains employees and monitors supply and equipment use.
• Conducts daily line-ups and communicates duties to staff.
• Investigates complaints and ensures guest satisfaction.
• Ensures adherence to policies, safety procedures, and licensing requirements.
