Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Public Space Supervisor to oversee housekeeping teams responsible for the public and employee areas of the facility. The role focuses on safety, scheduling, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has at least one year in housekeeping and supervisory experience, strong computer skills, and excellent communication abilities. Bilingual skills are a plus in this dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in housekeeping and a minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of computers (MS Word/Excel).
• Excellent written and oral communication; bilingual skills desired.
• Knowledge of MSDS of all chemicals used in the cleaning process.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to take charge, make improvements, build teams and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all Public Space employees maintaining the facility.
• Inspect program for consistent maintenance and safety compliance.
• Conduct scheduling for all Public Space staff.
• Promote positive guest relations at all times.
