Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication and guest relations skills.
• Valid driver's license and insurability required.

Responsibilities

• Executes or assists with casino promotions, including jackpot winner announcements.
• Sends end of shift promotions reports on days worked.
• Walks casino floor and explains Players Club benefits to sign up new members.
• Provides marketing support at events, tournaments and entertainment.
• Oversees Event Team Members during promotions to ensure quality of service.
• Promotes high quality customer service to guests and team members.
• Engages guests to drive participation in promotions.
• Explains Players Club benefits, property amenities & marketing programs.
