Three Rivers Casino in Florence, OR is seeking a Part Time Promotions/Marketing Associate to support casino promotions, events, and Players Club enrollment. Starting wage is $18.34 per hour with flexibility for weekend and holiday shifts.

You will engage guests, sign up Members, and provide marketing support at events, tournaments, and entertainment while upholding service standards and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• 1 year experience in marketing/promotions or equivalent.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and be insurable.
• Strong communication, guest relations, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, verbally and in writing.
• Must obtain and maintain a CTCLUSI Tribal Gaming Commission gaming license.
• Availability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Pre-employment, random and reasonable suspicion alcohol and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Executes or assists with casino promotions and jackpot announcements.
• Sends end-of-shift promotions reports on days worked.
• Walks the casino floor explaining Players Club benefits and signs up new members.
• Provides marketing support at events, tournaments and entertainment.
• Covers shifts for Events Team Members as needed.
• Proofs all gaming rules.
• Assists with promotion setup within IGT/SCA.
• Oversees Event Team Members during promotions to ensure quality.
• Promotes high quality customer service to guests and team members.
• Engages casino guests to drive participation in promotions.
• Explains Players Club benefits and property amenities.
