Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of player tracking information in the casino management system.
• Coordinate promotions, advertising, public relations, and internal communications.
• Assist CRM to ensure promotions are accurately reflected in ads and materials.
• Communicate upcoming promotions to guests, team members, and regulatory agencies.
• Monitor online reviews and reputation; respond within guidelines.
• Coordinate event support, VIP groups, and promotional logistics.
