Job summary

Bally's Interactive is seeking an on-site Promotions/Emcee helper in Evansville, Indiana. You will support daily setup, execution, and emcee duties for prize giveaways and casino events, while promoting products and educating players on the Rewards program.

Role requires interacting with guests, handling promotions paperwork, and assisting with cash handling and customer inquiries in a lively casino setting.

• Experience with promotions and emcee duties.
• Ability to engage with diverse audiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily setup, execution and emcee functions of casino prize giveaways.
• Promote Bally's Interactive products, services, events and promotions via PA system.
• Educate players on Rewards card usage and benefits.
• Interact with casino guests regarding promotions and events.
• Assist with paperwork, promotions execution and event coordination.
• Maintain daily procedures for Players Club including ID checks and record keeping.
• Assist with greeting guests and with weekly slot tournament emcee tasks.
• Balance cash drawer and handle coupons and newspaper promotions.
• Make public announcements and address customer inquiries as needed.
