Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking an EVS Porter to support Environmental Services by keeping guest and team areas clean and orderly. You’ll contribute to a safe, welcoming environment, ensuring cleanliness of public spaces, restrooms, and floors while upholding sanitation standards and guest service excellence.

The role requires attentiveness to detail, team collaboration, and the ability to follow protocols in a fast-paced casino setting. High school diploma preferred; age 21+ is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, including slot machines, chairs, slot stands, fixtures, signs, mirrors, and light fixtures (up to 9 feet).
• Clean public restrooms, including wiping surfaces, sanitizing toilets/urinals, emptying trash containers, and restocking paper products.
• Remove debris from floors and walkways, vacuum carpets, and mop, sweep, and scrub floors as needed.
• Stock cleaning supplies and empty/clean trash containers regularly.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
