Job summary

Golden Eagle Casino is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Players' Club Attendant. You will greet guests, enroll them in the Players' Club, and issue comps for meals, shows, and gifts. You will also assist with event promotions and ticket sales, while handling gift shop paperwork and promoting VIP experiences.

This role requires strong data entry skills and experience handling cash, checks, and credit card sales. GED or high school diploma is preferred, with customer service experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Ability to handle data entry at a computer terminal and operate POS and sales transactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Players' Club area and enroll them in the program.
• Explain benefits of Players' Club and track member activity.
• Issue meal, show and gift comps to guests.
• Promote events and assist with signage and displays in the casino.
• Sell and issue event tickets and manage Gift Shop sales.
• Process paperwork for gift shop and ticket transactions.
• Assist guests at Coat Check and support casino promotions.
