Job summary

Live! Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a Casino Pit Manager to oversee the smooth operation of the table games, supervise the pit staff, and uphold the highest standards of guest service, security, and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will coordinate with the Shift Manager, review game activity and staffing levels, mentor directors and subordinates, manage fills and credits, and partner with other departments to ensure operational excellence and loss-prevention goals

Qualifications

Five to seven years of experience as a dealer, floor person, or supervisor with a four-year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
Must be able to acquire and maintain the State Gaming License required for the position.

Responsibilities

Supervise the pit area and ensure correct procedures on table games are followed.
Manage fills/credits, player ratings, and rundowns for the pit.
Analyze customer play for cheating, scams, or unusual variations.
Monitor and input data into the database tracking system for rated players.
Review staffing levels and delegate authority to staff.
Develop staff through interviews, hires, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with Table Games leadership to review activities and promotions.
