Chickasaw Nation operates the Black Gold Casino and is seeking a full-time Operations Shift Supervisor. The role supervises Electronic Games staff on a shift, ensures compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies, and implements staffing and development plans to improve operations and growth.

The position emphasizes customer service, training participation, safety, and professional conduct while maintaining accurate reporting and coordination with team members.

Qualifications

• High School, GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of directly related experience.
• Must pass gaming background check.
• CN Core Leadership Level 1.
• Gaming license or permit as required by position.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Electronic Games employees on designated shift and ensure compliance with gaming regulations and internal policies.
• Complete training and development requirements and participate in continuing education opportunities.
• Provide first class customer service to internal and external customers and respond to inquiries, compliments, and complaints professionally.
• Prepare shift reports and assign tasks to staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment and ensure adherence to dress code.
• Resolve guest complaints and document discrepancies; communicate area performance and operational information to support teams.
• Assist staff with accomplishing goals and ensure staff stays in assigned areas.
