Job summary

Town Pump Company is seeking a capable Casino Manager to lead operations at our Montana location. You will drive guest service excellence, supervise staff across floor operations and cash controls, and ensure compliance with company standards and state regulations.

You will manage budgets, promotions, security, and the guest experience while maintaining a clean, safe environment. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong communication skills to foster teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino or hospitality operations is preferred.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain security and compliance.
• Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service at the location and supervise staff in line with casino policies.
• Plan, lead, develop and monitor areas such as expenses, sales and security while protecting company assets.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the location and manage hiring and performance processes.
• Perform administrative tasks including audits, reporting, deposits and inventory control.
• Monitor gaming and bar equipment, handle maintenance coordination and vendor relations.
