Job summary

Town Pump Inc. is seeking a Casino Assistant Manager to join Montana’s Best Casinos. You will lead shift operations, ensure high standards of guest service, and handle payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting.

The role requires knowledge of liquor operations, vendor invoicing, and alcohol sales certification, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required, and Town Pump offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must have Alcohol sales/service certification.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shift hours, screening phone calls and making decisions per casino standards.
• Lead in planning, leadership, organizing and follow-ups in office procedures, invoicing, data entry and inventory controls.
• Perform duties of a manager including payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting.
• Balance to weekly analysis reports and ensure accuracy of casino records and deposits.
• Complete casino paperwork, daily reports, purchases and inventory adjustments; manage vendor controls and liquor orders.
