Montana's Best Casinos in Montana is seeking a motivated Casino Assistant Manager to oversee shift operations, handle customer service, and assist in planning and leadership across office procedures, vendor invoicing, data entry, and controls.

You will coach staff, manage payroll and inventories, schedule tasks, and complete daily reports while ensuring accuracy and security of assets. A liquor audit and MT certification are required, with evenings/weekends/holidays availability.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations and customer service leadership.
• Ability to handle payroll, inventories, scheduling.
• Knowledge of liquor audits and state compliance.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shift hours and phone calls.
• Lead, train, and discipline staff as needed.
• Perform manager duties such as payroll and inventories.
• Balance reports and secure assets; audit shift records.
• Complete casino paperwork and daily reports.
• Manage liquor orders, deliveries, and pricing.
• Maintain liquor store audits and promotions.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
