Job summary

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Marketing Analyst to deliver insights and reports for the Marketing Department. The role is onsite in Highland, CA, five days a week, coordinating data from multiple sources to drive revenue, profit and engagement.

You will build dashboards in Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics or Tableau, perform market and customer analysis, and present findings to stakeholders with a data-driven narrative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 2+ years of data analysis experience in marketing, sales or media.
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools (Power BI, SAS, Tableau).
• Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes complex data sets to assess segment profitability and customer behavior.
• Identifies and targets customer segments to personalize marketing experiences.
• Generates reports with charts and narratives to communicate ROI and insights to stakeholders.
• Performs deep dives across channels to understand customer engagement along the journey.
• Conducts market research to evaluate brand perception and market penetration.
