Role Responsibilities

• Train and provide structured feedback to systems using real-world casino and gambling operations expertise.
• Interpret and explain casino scenarios to improve understanding of gaming protocols, customer interactions, and regulatory requirements.
• Review, annotate, and evaluate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, fairness, and adherence to industry best practices.
• Document casino workflows including payouts, betting limits, game rules, and operational procedures to support AI model development.
• Develop training materials and scenario-based datasets for AI systems focused on gambling and casino management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Casino Manager, Shift Manager, Table Games Manager, Pit Manager, Slot Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of casino operations, including house rules, money handling, security protocols, and customer management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
• Ability to resolve customer disputes, recognize cheating patterns, and explain complex gaming concepts.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
