Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Culinary apprenticeship or Associate’s Degree preferred.
• Some industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods listed on menus for grilling, frying, broiling, baking, boiling, braising, poaching or pantry work.
• Ensure plates are aesthetically appealing and cooked to customer/chef specs.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation and assist teammates for efficient operation.
• Assist with special events or parties as needed.
• Report safety issues and equipment hazards; ensure proper storage of foods.
