Primm Valley Casino Resorts seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee Security Officers on assigned shifts, ensuring safety for guests and staff across casino, hotel, and resort facilities. The role leads daily operations, emergency responses, investigations, and regulatory compliance to maintain a secure, welcoming environment.

The position requires supervisory security experience in a casino/hospitality setting, strong leadership, conflict resolution, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory security experience, preferably in casino/hospitality.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, investigative and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of security operations, emergency procedures, and incident reporting.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and standard security reporting systems.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Officers per shift; ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor operations, patrol facilities, and address safety concerns.
• Lead emergency responses, documentation, and investigations.
• Enforce gaming regulations and asset protection procedures.
• Coach and develop security staff; promote teamwork and guest service.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and other departments.
