Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness in public and employee areas.
• Hands-on housekeeper during shift.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Enforce disciplinary and conflict resolution procedures.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and exemplary service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Housekeeping Manager.
• Comply with BSA/AML regulations and internal controls.
