Job summary

Grand River Casino Mobridge in Mobridge, SD is seeking a Resort Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of all non-gaming areas including The Bay Cabins and public spaces. You will complete shift checklists and prepare guest rooms and cabins to Grand River standards.

Responsibilities include laundry, safe handling of cleaning chemicals, and reporting any safety or repair needs to supervision. Must meet prerequisites and maintain BSA/AML compliance awareness as applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Must qualify for a Standing Stone Sioux Tribal non-gaming license.
• Must have 20/20 corrected vision.

Responsibilities

• The Resort Housekeeper must complete all checklists during their shift and keep assigned areas of the facility clean and presentable.
• They ensure guest rooms and cabins are cleaned and prepared according to company standards, within a certain time frame.
• The Resort Housekeeper ensures laundry is washed and folded, cleaning chemicals are mixed and stored properly, and Resort conditions are safe for all.
• He/she will notify their supervisor of unsafe conditions or of any repairs that are needed on the premises.
• They will perform any and all other duties as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager and/or Supervisor.
• Employees shall comply with all BSA/AML regulations, reporting, and training requirements – Specifically those in the Grand River Casino Written System of Internal Controls (and appendices) for BSA/AML Compliance.
