Job summary

Grand River Casino in Kentucky seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to maintain cleanliness in public and back-of-house areas. You will lead daily housekeeping tasks, supervise staff, and ensure high standards of guest service.

You will assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML controls. Must be 21+ with basic computer skills and willingness to drive staff between facilities.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must qualify for a Tribal Non-Gaming license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Experience with scheduling and housekeeping in a hotel/restaurant setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of cleanliness in public and employee areas.
• Identify maintenance needs and assist with repairs and preventative maintenance.
• Serve as hands-on supervisor during shift and oversee staff.
• Assist Housekeeping Manager with hiring, training, and scheduling staff.
• Enforce disciplinary and conflict resolution procedures per policy.
• Maintain guest satisfaction and exemplary service standards.
• Assist with performance appraisals and shift rotation as needed.
• Possess basic computer skills and comply with all internal controls.
