Job summary

Agua Caliente Casinos Cathedral City is seeking a courteous food and beverage server to provide prompt service to casino and hotel guests. You will be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, beverages, and wine lists, and you will follow the correct sequence of service at all times.

The role requires standing for long periods, ability to move up to 25 lbs, and willingness to work in a smoke-influenced, fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Restaurant experience in full-service dining preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable, prompt, friendly service of food and beverages to casino and hotel guests.
• Know the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists; follow service sequence.
• Maintain station, assist other servers, and handle guest receipts per controls.
• Ensure F&B areas meet company standards and stay updated on events and hours.
• Adhere to internal controls, SOPs, and safety regulations.
