Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in serving guests.
• Expedite all food items from the kitchen to guest tables promptly and professionally.
• Prepare all service carts and trays for transport.
• Identify menu items by sight and know their descriptions, table numbers, and seating positions.
• Maintain F&B areas per company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up to date on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• May be assigned to casino or hotel F&B workstations.
• Provide excellent guest service and adhere to applicable policies and procedures.
