Job summary

The Lucky Dog Casino is seeking a Casino Service Representative 1 to deliver outstanding guest service, handle cashiering duties, and support marketing and promotions in a fast-paced gaming environment.

You will accurately process currency transactions, redeem tickets, and assist with Player Club programs while maintaining SOPs and security. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Basic math skills for handling currency and transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods in a casino setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service in all interactions.
• Perform accurate transaction reconciliation and cash handling.
• Redeem gaming tickets and manage guest check cashing.
• Explain and support TLS, promotions, and Player Club programs.
• Assist with events and promotions, including prize dispensing.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the gaming area.
• Assist with minor maintenance of gaming devices as needed.
