Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a casino housekeeping associate to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests. You will clean gaming machines, floors, and restrooms, and engage guests in a professional manner according to the GILA WAY—greet, interact, listen, and appreciate.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, strong guest service and communication skills, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. On-site position with duties across hotel facilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• GILA WAY: Greet, interact, listen, appreciate guests.
• Excellent guest service skills and telephone etiquette required; self-motivated with timely follow-up.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with guests and teammates.
• Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Promotes and provides excellent guest service to internal and external guests.
• Keeps gaming machines and surrounding areas clean, presentable, dusted, and trash-free.
• Sweeps and vacuums all flooring and carpeting on schedule and as needed.
• Cleans stains and spills on floors and carpeting as they occur.
• Empties trash cans and ash trays on schedule and as needed.
• Cleans and restocks restrooms on schedule and as needed.
• Interacts with guests in a professional manner to enhance experience.
• Fulfills other special projects and duties as assigned.
