Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with Tribal, Federal and other laws and gaming regulations and Kickapoo Lucky Eagle policies and procedures.
Provide high levels of guest service by listening and responding to guest and team member concerns.
Track and monitor feedback and participation to determine program effectiveness.
Coordinate with casino hotel regarding host room blocks and occupancy; manage event hosting and guest communications.
Develop, maintain and analyze database for opportunities and productivity.
