Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Gaming industry experience is preferred.
• Experience in cash handling is preferred.
• Experience with guest service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide quick, attentive, friendly and professional service.
• Process food/beverage orders and payments via Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Balance cash drawers and prepare bank slips for end of shift.
• Seat guests promptly and rotate seating to servers fairly.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promos, and dining options.
