Qualifications

• Exceptional guest service skills required.
• Basic knowledge of grounds keeping for commercial resorts.
• Knowledge of lawn care, soil and chemicals handling, equipment for grounds and snow removal.

Responsibilities

• Fall tree trimming and landscaping at the casino.
• Maintain grounds and gardens including weeds and mulch.
• Keep exterior areas clean; water, weed, rake, and fertilize trees and shrubs.
• Blow debris and power wash common areas such as walkways and parking lots.
• Perform snow shoveling, ice removal, and snow removal from parking lot.
• Maintain irrigation systems in designated areas.
• Ensure equipment is properly serviced and safe to operate.
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace during and after tasks.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
