Job summary

Little Creek Casino Resort is seeking a Groundskeeper to perform diverse landscape maintenance tasks on assigned campuses. This role operates gas- and diesel-powered equipment, prunes shrubs and trees, applies lawn care products, cleans grounds, and supports snow/ice removal as needed.

Level II expands duties to include CMMS logging and supervision support. With a focus on safety and attention to detail, you will maintain outdoor spaces, assist and train other staff, and ensure high standards of

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Certification from college or technical school or completion of a trade school apprenticeship.
• Two years as a groundskeeper in a commercial/industrial setting required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Class II Gaming License issued by Squaxin Island Gaming Commission (if applicable).
• Valid Washington State Driver's License (for Level II).

Responsibilities

• Prune shrubs and trees to shape growth.
• Spray lawn, shrubs, and trees with fertilizer, herbicide and insecticides.
• Rake leaves and clean grounds.
• Snow removal and ice control on walks and driveways.
• Repair fences, gates, walls, and walks.
• Paint fences and outbuildings.
• Maintain plant beds and water landscape.
• Track labor, parts, and machine history in CMMS (Level II).
• Maintain shift logs with proper entries.
• Provide back-up to other team members and train where needed.
