Job summary

Grand Lake Casino is seeking a Seasonal Maintenance Worker to maintain outdoor grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and routine upkeep to keep exterior areas attractive during the growing season.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience with lawn care and general construction labor. The individual must pass a pre-employment drug screening and be at least 18 years old to work in a casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus lawn care and general construction laborer experience.
• Experience with hand tools, construction equipment, and lawn care equipment is expected.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen; tribal gaming license requirement and being at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, and edge lawns with commercial equipment.
• Operate lawn maintenance tools safely and efficiently.
• Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas; water, weed, prune, mulch as needed.
• Clean up and store tools; maintain appearance and safety of the outdoor areas.
• Inspect grounds for hazards and report issues to supervisor.
• Assist with other maintenance and facility duties as assigned.
