Job summary

Leech Lake Gaming is seeking a guest service supervisor to oversee all food service outlets within the casino. You will train front-of-house staff, coordinate with kitchen teams on quality and timing, and ensure compliance with sanitation and service standards.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong time management and communication skills, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Tribal licensing, background checks, and drug testing are mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six months to one year related experience.
• Basic computer and POS skills.
• Must meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements, pass background check and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service across all casino food outlets.
• Train new and existing front-of-house staff in guest service and satisfaction.
• Interface with kitchen on quality and production, including ticket times and presentation.
• Ensure sanitation procedures meet health standards.
• Enforce service standards and procedures.
• Assist management to improve sales and profits.
• Assist in employee time management, scheduling, discipline and injury reports.
• Maintain knowledge of all events in the property.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect Native American culture.
• Operate within policy manuals and TICs; secure assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
