Leech Lake Gaming is seeking a custodial maintenance supervisor to direct all aspects of the maintenance department for the casino and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

The role involves staffing, training, hiring decisions, budget handling, and enforcing safety policies while coordinating with events and property management. A GED/HS diploma and 1–2 years supervisory experience are required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years supervisory and custodial maintenance experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilités

• Directs the overall operations of the maintenance department to ensure upkeep, cleanliness, and orderliness of the casino and grounds for guest satisfaction.
• Determines staffing requirements, schedules, work assignments, and training needs.
• Interviews, hires, promotes, demotes, terminates, and leave recommendations.
• Maintains department budget and payroll time cards.
• Maintains knowledge of all events in the property and attends mandatory meetings and training.
• Ensures safety and security of assets and enforces policies and regulations.
