Four Winds Casino Hartford in Hartford, MI is seeking a friendly and efficient Food and Beverage team member to provide dining service to guests in a professional manner, maintaining a high standard of guest services. This on-site role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.

You will take and fulfill orders, ensure the dining area stays clean, manage payments, and help reset tables between seatings.

Qualifications

• High school or G.E.D preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.
• Prior experience in food and beverage service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers prompt, efficient and courteous service of food and beverages to venue guests in accordance with venue standards.
• Takes and fills food and beverage orders and assists in maintaining guests dining area in a clean and neat manner.
• Receives payment from food and beverage guests in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures.
• Utilizes point-of-sale system, quotes accurate pricing, gives correct change, accounts for all cash, charge, and complimentary sales according to established procedures.
• Clears all tables, resetting them for new seating, ensuring tables are set in accordance with venue standards and guests achieving a pleasurable dining experience.
• Maintains cleanliness of all side stations, responsible for stocking dishes, silverware, paper supplies and any other required items.
• Answers any guest questions and refers them, if necessary, to appropriate management personnel.
• Monitors guest alcohol consumption and responds accordingly.
• Maintains professional grooming and appearance.
