Job summary

Gold-Ranch-Casino- is seeking a Casino Operations Supervisor to administer policies for the casino floor and food & beverage areas. You will train staff to deliver exceptional service, supervise cash handling, and ensure a clean, compliant gaming environment.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication skills, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications

Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
Knowledge of casino policies, gaming operations, and cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee casino floor and food/beverage operations per policy.
Train employees to deliver responsive, courteous service.
Control cash handling and reconcile according to procedures.
Assign and direct staff duties; ensure adequate coverage.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports for Security/HR.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, labor and gaming regs.
Attend management meetings and participate in decisions.
