Job summary

Golden Acorn Casino & Travel Center is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the Security Department on the assigned shift, ensuring compliance with policies and controls across the facility.

You will train and supervise Security Officers, patrol premises, and maintain procedures and reports. The role requires strong communication skills and prior gaming security experience, with a focus on safety and guest service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4–6 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in law enforcement or gaming security.
• Excellent communication skills required.
• Ability to read, write and speak clearly.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company and interact with customers and employees in a courteous, professional manner.
• Train, schedule, supervise and evaluate security officers on assigned shift.
• Patrol the property on assigned shift and report hazards to ensure safety.
• Back up security officers when necessary.
• Update procedure manuals and maintain records and statistics.
• Advise customers and staff about facilities and events during shifts.
• Attend departmental meetings and ensure accurate records.
• Maintain regular attendance and uphold company policies.
