Job summary

Coeur d'Alene Casino Resort Hotel in Worley, Idaho, is seeking an entry-level Casino Floor Cocktail Server to service beverages on the casino gaming floor.

The role requires 19+ years old, prior customer service experience, and the ability to pass in-house certifications before liquor services begin. You will take drink orders, enter them into the POS, and help maintain a safe, engaging gaming environment.

Qualifications

Must be 19 years old or older.
Two years serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
Must pass in-house certifications before liquor services commence.
Previous customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

ID all customers that appear under 30 years old.
Serve on the casino gaming floor and input orders into the POS system for the bartender.
Monitor customers and discontinue service when intoxicated.
Secure alcohol during non-operational hours per state law.
Handle customer complaints in an appropriate manner.
Suggest higher cost products to increase ticket averages.
Carry a radio with headset to communicate with gaming floor staff.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
