Job summary

The D seeks a Cocktail Server to walk the casino floor or assigned area to ensure Beverage Service is provided to our Guests in a timely manner. Essential functions include supporting and promoting service standards, working well with beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks and supervisors, and strictly adhering to responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications include reading and speaking English, complying with Gaming Control Board rules, multitasking, being 21+ and able to obtain work cards;

Qualifications

• Read and speak English; communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management
• Understand and comply with Gaming Control Board rules and regulations
• Ability to multitask
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and holidays
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to obtain required work cards

Responsibilities

• Support and promote the company service standards at all times
• Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, barbacks, beverage supervisor, and slots supervisor
• Strictly adhere to responsible alcohol service standards and be able to slow down a guest or cut off an intoxicated guest when necessary
• Round and write down every guest drink; walk assigned section and clear all empty cups from designated area, pit tables and around slot machines
