Qualifications

• Must be 19 years old or older (per state/local regulations).
• Two years of bartending experience required.
• Two years of management experience required.
• ServSafe or alcohol service certification preferred.
• Customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise beverage venues and staff, including training and scheduling.
• Check IDs and enforce liquor laws for guests under 30.
• Oversee areas when other managers are off duty.
• Ensure secure storage of alcohol during non-operational hours.
• Maintain par levels and monthly inventory counts.
• Prepare and update cocktail menus with management input.
• Monitor guest behavior and discontinue service when needed.
• Coordinate with managers to run events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with POS and proper ticketing.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
