Cowlitz Indian Tribe is seeking a seasoned financial leader to oversee budgeting, forecasting, analytics, accounting, and procurement for the Cowlitz gaming facility. Reporting to the General Manager with a dotted line to the CFO, you will supervise the Finance Department and drive strategic financial decisions.

The ideal candidate has casino finance experience, strong analytic and communication skills, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or related field.
• Nine years of management experience in budgeting and analysis in a high volume, complex casino/hotel environment may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Five years of management experience in budgeting and analysis in a high volume, complex casino/hotel environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Oversees budgeting, forecasting and analytics for the casino and Finance Department.
• Directs financial planning efforts and reporting of P&L results.
• Leads banking functions and loan compliance with CFO.
• Oversees labor analyses and scheduling software utilization.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provides financial services as specified in the Shared Services Agreement.
