Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking an EVS Supervisor to direct housekeeping and keep the casino clean and stocked at all times.

You will oversee training, scheduling, and daily operations, ensuring safety and adherence to quality standards. A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience with 1 year supervisory required; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays is necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least three years of housekeeping experience with one year in a supervisory role, or five years in a similar role.
• Must qualify to obtain and maintain a class A gaming license.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work all shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct housekeeping duties and ensure casino is clean and stocked.
• Oversee training of EVS personnel.
• Schedule area duties and days off for staff.
• Oversee trash pickup and restroom cleaning.
• Ensure adherence to Four Diamond Service standards.
• Protect casino assets and perform related duties as assigned.
